"Terrible communication every time I reached out to them. They also neglected to update my address on my policies as I requested. I switched to another agent and am hoping for a better experience. *This response is more evidence of their incompetence. My policies (auto, renters, and personal articles) were with them since early 2024 thru a few weeks ago when I called Statefarm to request a new agent."

"I have been with this State Farm office for years. The staff is friendly and usually always willing to assist with my insurance needs. My vehicle broke down ,and due to a change in coverage, my towing was not immediately covered. Lola took the time to call around to assist me in finding affordable towing. She went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were safe and not stranded on the side of the road.
